As a first- time kefir maker I wasn't sure what to expect, but when they arrived the instructions were so clear and easy to follow I had it up and running in no time. Ordered one tsp and you should see them now!!! So much kefir and so yummy. Store bought doesn't even come close. Am using goat milk and it is divine.
