What Size Should I Choose?

We offer three grain volumes to suit different batch sizes:

• 1 Tsp (5g) – Makes 250ml of milk kefir every 24–48 hours.
• ½ Tbsp – Makes 400ml of milk kefir every 24–48 hours.
• 1 Tbsp – Makes 750ml of milk kefir every 24–48 hours.
