Our Story

We began our journey when we made our first batch of milk kefir. We were amazed by how a few tiny grains could turn milk into delicious, probiotic milk kefir. From there, our personal love for fermentation blossomed and quickly grew to not only other types of cultures, but into a mission to share the incredible and transformative benefits of fermented food with the rest of the world.

After half a decade of selling cultures locally in person to the community and across Australia through eBay, we have now made our own website. We believe that health and wellness starts in the kitchen, and we are proud to inspire, guide, and help you grow. Thank you for being a part of our community.

What We Sell

We sell a variety of high-quality cultures – that being, water and milk kefir grains, kombucha scoby, and sourdough starter. All of our starters are sent freshly fed and live to ensure that they reach you as fresh and as happy and possible.

In addition, we provide you with easy-to-follow, time tested instructions and recipes that have been crafted with half a decade of experience and passion. Lastly, we will also provide you with a lifetime of email support to assist you with your fermentation journey.

Why Choose Our Cultures

Our cultures are very special compared to that of other sellers – we have combined our cultures with different cultures from around the world into 1 batch. For example, our milk kefir grains have been formed from a mixture of 6 strains of milk kefir grains, resulting in a rich and diverse profile of bacteria and probiotics that we believe is superior to that of other kefir grains on the market.
