How to Use 

1. Place your dough onto the centre of the mat
2. Carefully lift and place into the Dutch oven, and then place the lid on
3. Bake your sourdough (the mat can be heated up to 250°C) 
   
4. Take off the lid and then lift the dough out of the oven, using the handles of the mat
5. Easily clean the mat by washing its non-stick surface
